JellyCake had the pleasure of being concerned in a superb photoshoot on the very stunning Thornbury Fortress on the sting of the Cotswolds, inside simple attain of the M4/M5 and Bristol. With the venue being a romantic fortress the theme for the day was As soon as Upon a Time with an opulent however ethereal and mystical really feel.
Thornbury Fortress dates again to 1511 when it was constructed as an early instance of a Tudor nation home with elegant medieval influences. King Henry VIII stayed on the fortress along with his spouse Anne Boleyn and though it’s now a 27 room luxurious resort, it nonetheless retains its historic character with gorgeous rooms, bedchambers and delightful gardens. The resort can accommodate small and huge weddings with as much as 120 night visitors within the Tudor Nice Corridor.
